My January block for
Michele...
I added the dark brown with brights mosaic print (in the pinwheel and outer border strips) from my scrap basket to the fabrics Michele sent along. I love that she chose a specific block pattern, and yet, all of our blocks are turning out so differently! (I think Amy's is my fave so far...it must be that Kaffe green she through in there!) ;->
I even snuck a little birdie into my pinwheel...ain't she a cutie? Hope you like this, Michele! I bet you're really glad right now that you decided to be brave and volunteer to go first, even though this is your very first Bee experience!

Oh, I am absolutely happy with your block, all the blocks, and that I chose to go first. This is all better than I could have imagined. That might sound a little over the top, but this is something new to me and the fact that others are taking such time to make me happy with the returns is quite thrilling. Eleven surprises in one month! Doris, that brown mosaic is perfect and warms up all the colors. Thank you so much!
